# How our ฿350,000 guarantee actually works
Most 'luggage insurance' is a third-party add-on you're nudged to buy at checkout — extra cost, fine print, and someone else to chase if something goes wrong. LOCKR's protection works the other way around.

## Built into every booking

Protection is attached to every booking automatically, at no extra cost, and it's backed by LOCKR directly — not resold from an insurer. From the moment you drop your bag to the moment you collect it, up to ฿350,000 per booking is covered.

## What's actually covered

Loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while they're in a partner's care. Because partners are hand-picked and audited monthly, claims are rare — but if one happens, you talk to us, not a call centre in another time zone.

## How a claim works

Report it through your booking, send us a couple of details, and we handle it. No premiums, no deductible games, no separate policy to buy. The protection you saw at checkout is exactly the protection you have.
