Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel up to 2 hours before your drop-off time for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 2 hours of drop-off, or after the drop-off window has opened, may not be eligible for a refund.
Is there a size limit for bags?
Any size is welcome — from daypacks to golf bags, strollers and other special items — with no oversize fees at LOCKR counters.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Thai PromptPay (QR). Wallet apps via LINE Pay land in v1.5.
What if I pick up later than I booked?
Extra time is simply charged at the daily rate when you collect — and from day 4 onwards the multi-day rate (20% off) applies automatically. Running late? Message the partner from your booking; they can often accommodate a short extension.
