Data security

Your personal data is handled under Thailand's PDPA (B.E. 2562), encrypted at rest on Google Cloud (asia-southeast1), and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Dispute handling

If something goes wrong, report it directly from your booking. Our Bangkok team mediates between you and the partner and targets resolution within 48 hours.
