You can cancel from the My bookings page in your account, or from the link in your booking confirmation email. No phone call needed — the refund is processed automatically.Refund timeline
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. PromptPay refunds are typically same-day. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.Late cancellation & no-shows
Cancellations made within 2 hours of your drop-off time, or after the drop-off window has opened, may not be eligible for a refund. If you have stored your bags and cannot pick them up within your window, please message the partner directly from your booking — they can often accommodate a short extension.Booking amendments
To change your drop-off date or time, cancel and rebook. If your new booking is for a later date, free cancellation still applies on the original booking as long as it is more than 2 hours before the original drop-off time.
