How does LOCKR work?Find a verified spot near you, book online in under 60 seconds, drop your bags at the partner counter, and pick them up whenever within your window.
How much does it cost?Storage starts at ฿110/bag/day, all-inclusive. No hidden fees, no booking surcharges. From day 4 the rate drops to ฿88/day automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept PromptPay and all major credit / debit cards, processed securely via Stripe.
Is my luggage protected?Yes — every booking includes our ฿350,000 protection guarantee, backed directly by LOCKR. Not a third-party policy you have to buy.
Can I cancel my booking?Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your confirmed drop-off time. You receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How do I find a storage spot?Search by BTS / MRT station, landmark, hotel name, or address on the homepage. Every partner is verified in person before going live.
