1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LOCKR — a marketplace connecting travellers with vetted storage Partners across Thailand — you agree to these Terms of Service. You may use LOCKR as a guest or as a registered user. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

LOCKR lets you find, book, and pay for short-term luggage storage at independently-operated Partner locations. Every Partner passes our Qualification Check before listing. Physical custody of your bags is handled by the Partner; LOCKR provides the booking platform, payment processing, and booking protection.

3. Bookings & payment

All prices are all-in THB, starting from ฿110/bag/day with no hidden fees. Payment is processed securely via Stripe using card or PromptPay. Your booking is confirmed immediately on successful payment and you receive a QR code for drop-off and pick-up.

4. The ฿350,000 guarantee

Every LOCKR booking is covered by our self-backed protection of up to ฿350,000 per booking. This means LOCKR — not a third-party insurer — stands behind your stored belongings. Full details and the claim process are available on our Protection page.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your confirmed drop-off time for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 2 hours of drop-off or after drop-off are non-refundable. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree not to store illegal, prohibited, or controlled substances; perishable foods; flammable or hazardous materials; or items that violate Thai law. You are responsible for providing accurate drop-off and pick-up details. Misrepresenting items stored may void your protection cover.

7. Liability

LOCKR's total liability to you in connection with any booking is capped at the ฿350,000 protection limit described in Section 4. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses beyond this amount, to the fullest extent permitted by Thai law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
