What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember preferences, keep sessions alive, and understand how people use the service. LOCKR uses cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Cookie categories

We use three categories of cookies, mirroring the choices available in our consent manager (CookieHub): Necessary — required for the platform to function (session, security, consent record). These cannot be disabled. Analytics — used to understand how travellers discover and navigate LOCKR, so we can improve the experience. Set by Google Analytics 4 (GA4) via Google Tag Manager, only with your consent. Marketing — used to measure the effectiveness of LOCKR advertising campaigns. Only set with your consent.

Managing your preferences

Third-party cookies

When you consent to Analytics or Marketing cookies, third-party scripts from Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) may set cookies on your device. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. LOCKR proxies analytics data through a server-side Google Tag Manager instance to minimise direct browser-to-Google data exposure.
